Dr. Nelligan received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 1992 after working as a geologist in the "oil patch" in Texas and Alaska for several years.  He joined the staff at Standish Veterinary Hospital in 1995 and bought the practice in 1996.














1.jpgDr. Vicky Morin, D.V.M.

Dr. Morin is originally from New Brunswick, Canada, and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Atlantic Veterinary College in PEI, Canada in 1993.  After working for 5 years in Labrador and Newfoundland, she decided to move to Maine.  She joined the staff of Standish Veterinary Hospital as a full time associate in 2008 and brought extensive experience in small animal medicine and surgery.

Dr. Thomson received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997 and worked in New York City until 2009.  After moving to New Hampshire, he joined the staff at Standish Veterinary Hospital as a full time associate in 2011 and brought extensive experience in small animal and emergency medicine.








Jeff.jpgDr. Jeffrey Robbins, D.V.M.

Dr. Robbins received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from UC Davis in 1977. After graduating he completed an internship in large animal medicine at Cornell in Ithaca, NY.  He completed his residency in large animal medicine at the University of Florida in Gainesville, and then at a large animal practice in San Diego, CA.  For ten years Dr. Robbins worked in small animal emergency and critical care in San Diego.  He owned a private practice for small animals in California for 15 years.  After moving to Maine in 2005, he began working at Casco Bay Veterinary Hospital in Portland, and here at Standish Veterinary Hospital in 2006.  His main areas of interest are internal medicine and ultrasonography.
